I picked up Too Many Nitrous at a local comic shop in WiIliamsburg, Brooklyn. This self-published zine comic by Billy Burkert and Samuel Rhodes clocks in right at thirty six pages. It’s as if someone rewrote the movie Too Fast Too Furious to make it not obnoxious. If you’re like me and enjoy racing, fighting and food, then you have to check out this book. Burkert is currently working on the second installment.

The last year of my tattoo career was spent traveling around the United States tattooing from city to city. During my travels, I kept a sketchbook of brush and pen ink illustrations. This new expedient way of working out ideas was easier for travel and a better way to quickly get ideas down on paper. Recently, I have relocated to Brooklyn. While settling down, I have compiled the first 100 drawings into a book I call Cone Sphere Cube. This 6″x9″ book of a 100 original illustrations can be purchased here.

Defenders of Good Times is simply a way for people (trained and outsider artists) to come together and make art for one reason: art. Anyone, no matter age, race, sex, can submit work to DxOxGxTx. Founders Chris Collins and Allie Greenberg are the masterminds behind this stress free association. They have produced thousands of stickers, shirts, magnets, you name it, and dispensed it to anyone that showed interest in DxOxGxT. Purely for the sake of fun.
