Art has always been second nature to Manning, but it wasn’t until the freedoms of University that she was able to get her hands onto a topic few dare to tread. This Sydney-based artist is having her first solo show at the Tate Gallery at the Toxteth Hotel in Glebe from April 25, and will surprise you with the brilliancy of her palate and subject matter.
