It is always great to see someone as talented as Jason Houge using their talents for a good cause. The Green Bay, Wisconsin, photographer has started a project entitled Poverty Now. Houge plans to explore the lives of people within the US suffering from the affects of poverty. But he needs help to do it. Check out his Kickstarter page if you’re curious.

I had the pleasure of running into Paul Bialis last summer at an art festival in a small suburb of Milwaukee. I immediately fell in love with his incredible photographic series on the abandoned beer manufacturing buildings of Pabst in Milwaukee. His ability to use light and color in his photographs just astonishes me.
