The multilayered instrumental work from contemporary pianist Hauscka is a unique performance in its own right, which should be viewed as well as listened to. The German classical pianist is a cross between John Cage and McGiver. What sounds like an orchestration of numerous instruments, or even synths, are quite often assorted knick knacks, attached to the strings within his Grand piano.
