Charlie Tippie stirs hip hop, rap and electronic with just the right mix of old school soul and beats. His song, Alone Tonight, makes me want to jump on a plane to New York City for his show on March 19. One chef, one composer and two designers got together, found an abandoned restaurant, and set up an installation of culinary delights that will be gracing the city of New York for the next nine months.

A new addition was added to my iTunes library today, Between The Folds, a stunning documentary about the Art of Origami. Thinking back to my own amateur projects in school, when we made little yellow swans and blue stars, I am amazed at what is behind the art of great folding. The mathmatical patterns behind one sheet paper-folding, in particular, is mind-blowing.

Inspired by one of my favorite childhood books, Goodnight Moon, Audi does the adult version, claiming innovation over old world decadence. Never one for cars, I enthusiastically looked into learning how to drive in London after watching this video. It had me at Goodnight Expected.
