Split personalities never been more brilliant than Andy Kaufman and Tony Clifton. And in honor of that duo, LEBORED has created “Tank You Very Much,” a pair of tealight holders that, when pulled apart, can’t stand on their own. Just as Andy needed Tony.

LEBORED is Alex Shilin and my answer to ‘What should we do now?’ after we left our advertising careers in New York and moved to Austin. We make limited-edition, one-of-a-kind home decor, because we believe life should be filled with art.
Gallery 1988 is one of my favorite galleries. Perfectly located in Los Angeles, they promote pop-culture art with creatively themed exhibitions. Steve Martin recently had a tribute show and Brad Hill’s Some Kinds of a Jerk featured six little statues of Navin Johnson’s phases throughout the movie The Jerk. Ridiculously awesome.
Jerry Seinfeld is still plugging away at the ‘something about nothing’ format with his new web series: Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. I’m excited to see where it goes. The show is exactly as the title suggests. And based on the first episode with Larry David, the format works.
