The Hamilton-based line of Get Fighted Clothing has sprouted to support cancer research through the Skate4Cancer initiative. Designer Peter Morris wanted to create his own range and also raise money for cancer research, so he’s linked his t-shirts, hoodies and buttons with the Rob Dyer created Skate4Cancer organization. Dyer has skated across Canada and the United States to raise money for cancer research at the Princess Margaret Hospital and has also held a concert at Toronto’s MOD Club featuring headliner, Dallas Green of City in Colour. In fact, both the label and its beneficiary have been well supported by the music industry, with bands such as Carrion, Three Letter Havoc, The Swiss Army Romance, and Circuit for the Blackout actively involved in the fund raising process for this worthy project.
