Steven Kraan has put out the Drawing Daily Anthology Volume 2, a collection of 23 short comic strips featuring characters as diverse as a disgruntled Jesus Christ, chirpy human blood cells, thieving cave-men and (my personal favourites), the inept astronauts. The Anthology presents a small selection of the comics Kraan draws and puts online for the world to see, every day (as well as some brand new ones exclusive to this book). It can be ordered here.

Steven Kraan sits at home in Rotterdam drawing weird comics every day. The comics are about Kung Fu cats, Smoking Carrots, deformed spider children and, erm, Nicolas Cage. When he’s finished drawing his comics, he puts them up on Facebook for the world to see. And the world is absolutely loving them.

Rue Royale create chillingly emotive music that resonates long after listening. The husband and wife duo have produced two albums, the covers of which were lovingly hand crafted and stitched together by the band. Check out this amazing video for their song Guide To An Escape.
