This is a graphical adventure game released in October 1988 written and programmed by David Fox. It was the second game to use the SCUMM engine, a scripting language developed at Lucas Film in which the game world is littered with objects with which the player can interact, using a variety of verbs. Zak’s story offers to the user the chance to complete the game, following many different paths.
