Want to know the secret to soft asian skin? My cousin swears by the Korean Italy Towel and scrubs herself head to toe. I recently started using it and my skin feels not unlike a baby eel’s afterwards. I remember as a little kid being scrubbed down with one and hating it. But now I need it for that extra exfoliation boost.

Not sure what culture this originates from, but they have this at a Columbian restaurant near my house. It’s unlike any flavor I’ve ever tried: kinda tangy, kinda sweet. I’m not even sure what it is really, but I do know it’s better than any dessert or drink treat out there. You can get it creamy or plain. I like both versions.

I had this for the first time on tour and fell madly in love with it. It tastes a bit like banana soda or a banana popsicle, with a little kick at the end. For someone like me, who doesn’t like the taste of beer but loves the feeling of it, this is perfect.
