“I’ve pooped 11 times since the A.M. My bottom hurts from all the wiping.”
Those were the words of a customer named Demit Strato, who was clearly not happy with the… shitty service Starbucks had given him.
In a scathing review posted on the company’s Facebook page, the man complained of how he requested soy milk in his coffee, only to find out later that he’d been given regular milk. His post read:
The unexpectedly hilarious post has already gone viral, receiving over 454k likes and 34k shares. It also drew sympathy for Strato, and criticism for Starbucks.
“I’m sorry but this made me laugh so much. I hope you are feeling better soon. I also hope SB’s steps up and give you something for the hours wasted,” one commenter said, while another added:
“YEAH THEY WROTE ‘SOY MILK’, BUT MY BOOTY HOLE AFTER 5 hours ON THE TOILET WOULD BEG TO DIFFER.”
Starbucks has responded privately to Strato regarding his concern.
