There’s a new vegan-only dating app in Australia because of course there is

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to 2017.

Too many carnivores on Tinder? Not enough babes on Bumble that understand the daily struggles trying to live off a vegan diet in a meat-mad world?

Well quit your moaning because now there’s an app just for you.

V Love is an app for vegan and vegetarian hook-ups so now you don’t have to have awkward conversations on first dates trying to explain why ‘RIBS R US’ might not have been the best option.

The makers of the app say it’s “made for people that are serious about meeting likeminded people in the Vegetarian and Vegan community…and the best thing is that you already will have some values in common, and common ground being the best ice breaker, success should be just a click away. ”

The app is weirdly involved, asking for your hair and eye colour, ethnicity, body type AND diet so just a heads up that you’re going to have to to put in a bit more legwork than you normally would.

It’ll set you back $5.99/month but that’s the price you pay for that sweet sweet vegan privilege.

One downfall that could create some serious confusion though is the use of the eggplant emoji – is it a cheeky wang reference…or just an eggplant?

Be careful kids.

Recorded a cool, fun, funny, or inspiring video (or even better, all of the above!) that you'd love to have more people see? Well, we'd like to see it. And if we dig it, we'll turn it into a Found At E Minor (FAEM) video for our Facebook audience to enjoy. Check out this awesome recent example and submit your videos here!
