This time-lapse video of a New York blizzard is freakin’ awesome

Sometimes snow is cold, gross and just not what you need. However, a time-lapse video out of the East Coast of America has shown us that sometimes snowstorms can be pretty damn beautiful, as well.

The video, filmed in Apalachin, New York, tracks the fall of an immense amount of snow in a few different spots between 2 AM and 8:24 AM.

Watching the snow descend is just majestic.

Apparently 20 plus inches of snow drift down from the sky in the duration of the video, which makes me relieved I’m watching it all from the comforts on my own living room.

Yes, summer is an amazing season, but winter has its perks, too.
