To get a majestic travel photo, you’ll need the following: a decent camera, ample lighting, and most of all, dinosaurs.
In his ongoing project ‘#Dinodinaseries’, photographer Jorge Saenz documents his travels around South America with toy dinosaurs pretending to be tourists. Saenz’s photos use perspective to make the dinosaurs look as though they are towering over the landscapes and monuments they visit.
The series began when he bought Dino, a green Brachiosaurus, at a flee market in La Paz, Bolivia. Saenz posted a witty photo of the ancient reptile and it became a hit, so he gave Dino some travel buddies. There’s Dina the Stegosaurus, Spiny the Spinosaurus, and Brachy, a brown Brachiosaurus who also happens to be Dino’s girlfriend.
