Japanese mall has an athletic track on the roof for its shoppers to keep fit

As if you don’t do enough walking while shopping, now a Japanese shopping mall has installed a state-of-the-art athletic track on the roof of the building to help shoppers stay fit.

The Morinomiya Q’s Mall is the site for this unique running track, boasting three lanes that stretch 300 metres.

If that’s not enough to keep shoppers healthy, the mall also has two futsal courts (small soccer fields) available for the public to use. Because what else do you want to do after a spot of shopping but kick a ball around while holding all those bags?
