Creative packaging makes toilet paper look like different fruits

In Japan, toilet paper rolls are made to look like fruits, because apparently, toiletries are now a great Christmas gift idea. ‘Many companies and stores throughout Japan give a roll of toilet paper to customers as a novelty gift to show their appreciation’, explains Latona Marketing, the firm behind the creative packaging design.

To make toilet paper more visually acceptable, the firm has come up with a packaging design that makes them look like freshly-picked fruits. Who doesn’t want a watermelon in their bathroom, right? The Fruit Toilet Paper collection comes in four delicious fruit designs: kiwi, strawberry, orange, and watermelon.

Sadly, the wrappers are only a concept for now, so we’ll have to settle for our usual rolls of toilet paper. Such is life.
