The Manta Resort is a one-of-a-kind, multi-room hotel that sits on the Indian Ocean island of Pemba, off the east coast of Africa. But their guest rooms are all separated from each other and all come with an underwater space four meters below the water surface for you to ogle at some beautiful marine life and sleep in, if you can shut your eyes away from what unfolds all around you.

Designed by Mikael Genberg of the Swedish company Genberg Underwater Hotels, each floating structure is made of local hardwood and comes in three levels for their occupants to enjoy the scenic, aquatic view from above, below, and at sea level.
