You might think these are real landscapes but they’re actually just realistic dioramas

Why bother exploring the great outdoors to capture stunning and breath-taking landscapes when you can BUILD the great outdoors? Artists Matthew Albanese, Didier Massard, and Kim Keever have mastered the art of creating miniature dioramas that will have you believing they are the real deal.

Using simple materials like cotton, wool, plastic, and foil, they put together scenes with amazing realism. Looking at the images from up close, you really couldn’t tell the difference. It’s only upon zooming out that you can spot the difference – and subsequently be amazed.
