Are you dead bored of silly, fluffy house slippers? Do you resent killer heels that go all out to hurt? Well, you can just about stop tapping those impatient feet of yours cos there’s a new type of footwear that might just appeal to you. Inspired by fondue i.e. the dunking of a piece of crusty bread into some heavenly melted cheese, Tokyo-based freelance designer, Satsuki Ohata, has created what he fondly calls Fondue Slippers.

These super flexible footwear are actually ultra thin replicas of your feet after you have submerged your feet into some heated PVC. Customized solely for you and no one else, they come in every color to complement your extensive wardrobe.
