Hoverbikes could be up for sale as early as 2017

No, this isn’t a joke. Back in 2012 the Aerofex hoverbike was released and since then there’s been a bit of tweaking of the model. It’s now called the Aero-X and it’s designed to carry two people up to a height of 3 metres, reaching speeds up to 72 km/hr. Woah! It’s been reported to be as easy as riding a motorcycle, which, if you’ve never ridden a motorcycle before, if kinda tough.

Interested? You can put $5,000 down as a deposit right now. If you have $85,000 to spare on a hoverbike, that is.
