Depressed Chinese panda gets an LCD TV in his enclosure

Know what you do when you have a depressed panda on your hands? You turn on the tele! After panda Meixi was sent back to Sichuan Province from the Yunnan Wildlife Park in Kunming City, officials noticed her companion panda Sijia was showing signs of ‘abnormal behaviour and depression’. So in a bid to cheer the panda up, workers installed not only new play facilities but an LCD TV. No word yet on what the panda is watching on the TV, but I always find a good sitcom does wonders for depression.
