Celebrities are placed in vintage ads by David Redon

We all love a great vintage ad, but Paris-based art director David Redon has taken it a step further. What he’s done is taken modern day celebs and placed them into clever vintage ads. Stars such as Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Rihanna, and even Beyonce are used in his project. Redon says of his work: ‘I started working on this project last summer, but it started to buzz maybe two months ago. It takes me one or two hours to create an ad. I search for the ads I like and then retouch in the artists and sometimes modify the layout, create a logo, etc.’.
