Dismembered stuffed toys go to the butcher, for art

Don’t worry, no stuffed animals were harmed (much) in this quirky exhibit named Auf_Hängen, which is at the x-pon-art gallery in Hamburg, Germany. The person behind this rather macabre installation is Miroslav Menschenkind, a self-proclaimed photographer, ‘filmmaker, artist, and human’. He’s created a butcher pop-up shop filled with toys hanging from meat hooks and ‘large liver sausages filled with toy stuffing’. Playful? Disturbing? You decide.
