Can you guess these iconic logos when translated into Chinese characters?

Take the Cocoa Cola or Disney logos and you’ve got a pretty recognizable visual anyone around the world would be able to guess. But what happens when these iconic logos are replaced with Chinese characters? Designers Niek van Wingerden and Stephen Wright came up with the idea to ‘reinterpret six famous Western logos into Chinese characters’.

They followed the “visual code of lines, curves, font style and colour to maintain the distinctive look and feel of the original typography”. Each logo was made using the official Chinese name or the closest phonetic transcription. See if you can guess which logo belongs to what company!
