Illustrated series on anxiety and depression

With 1 million Australians suffering from depression in any given year, and over 2 million suffering from anxiety, it’s safe to say that we’re all bound to feel a little down in the dumps at times. And feeling like you’re all alone can worsen the symptoms. So it’s fantastic when an artist can illustrate anxiety and depression so we feel like we’re not so alone.

I Might Be Dead Tomorrow is a series of illustrations that were created to give depression and anxiety a more personal view, with each picture depicting the moments of an anxiety attack, negative thinking and sadness. Ok, so it’s not the cheeriest of topics but if you’ve ever experienced anxiety or depression, these drawn-up feelings will look very familiar.
