A look inside Madrid’s Fermin Bullfighters Tailor Shop

Take an insider’s look into the fashion of bullfighting! Ever wondered where matadors’ bedazzled threads come from? Wonder no more. The bullfighters tailor shop ‘Fermin’ was founded in 1963 by Fermin Lopez Fuentes and it is now run by his brother Antonio Lopez Fuentes. Master tailor Antonio makes bespoke bullfighters’ outfits for some of the best bullfighters around, with the help of a team of tailors by his side. It’s really quite fascinating to see the man and team behind these incredible costumes, all of which cost anything from a couple of hundred euros to thousands.
