Superbowl helmets go couture for a good cause

Even if the Superbowl isn’t your thing, it sure does get a lot of worldwide attention and it’s hard not to know that there’s a football game happening in the U.S. And now the fashion world has gone into Superbowl mode with ‘The Council of Fashion Designers of America’ forming an ‘elite squad of top designers’ to create 48 bespoke helmets that ‘put the fantasy in football’. 

It’s all for a good cause, too. Bidding takes place on the NFL website and all funds raised by this project go to the NFL Foundation, an organization that’s dedicated to improving the healthy and safety of sports, youth football, and communities.
