Yeezianity: the first religion based on Kanye West

Remember when Kanye West first made it to the radio and he valued integrity above ego? Well that was so long ago, so you probably don’t remember. What you might remember are some of Kanye’s most obnoxious quotes: ‘I was wearing like, a Juicy Couture men’s polo shirt. We weren’t there, like, ready for war’, ‘I’m like a vessel, and God has chosen me to be the voice and connector’, and ‘My greatest pain in life is that I will never be able to see myself perform live’.

Ok, that’s enough already. If that hasn’t grossed you out, Yeezianity will. It’s the first religion (that I know of) based on Kanye West, because, you know, he’s a God and all. Vice was lucky enough to interview the founder of the religion and it’s just a must-read. I can’t tell if the guy is an actual fan of Yeezus or if he’s making fun of the rapper. But if you believe in Yeezus, make sure to take a photo of yourself with the ‘I believe in Yeezus’ declaration to be made a real Ye’ciple.
