First there was plain old salt ‘n vinegar chips. Then there was the little more adventurous au gratin flavor. And last year gave rise to the sriracha chips everyone had dreamed of for so long. But here’s one flavor I just can’t get behind: Mountain Dew.

Call me old-fashioned but this just doesn’t seem like a good idea! It’s being released by Frito-Lay and it’s only available in Japan at the moment, though you can buy these chips online, if. you. must. Apparently the chips deliver ‘a playful mix of cheese and a tinge of lemon that fizzes’ – that’s not exactly how I want my chip experience to go, but each to their own!
