Mini sculptures of artists at work in their studios

Juxtapoz is featuring Joe Fig’s collection of miniature dioramas that look surprisingly real for how small they are, with paint splatters, painting tools and everything else a contemporary artist needs in their craft, added to each scene. Everyone’s favorite artists are included in this series, including Ryan Mcginness, April Gornik, Jane Hammond, Steve Mumford, and Bruce Pearson.

A book of Joe Fig’s sculptures was published titled Inside the Painter’s Studio. Joe Fig is a New York-based artist, whose work has appeared in exhibitions throughout the USA and France.
