Korean artist Ran Hwang is known for creating eye-catching circular and oval pieces of Cherry Blossoms entirely out of buttons, beads, and pins. To create an intricate work like this, she first creates an outline on the canvas. She then begins painstakingly pins the materials piece by piece until the serene and romantic scene is complete. This process requires Zen-like concentration and focus, and takes Hwang usually a month to complete
