Who doesn’t love a little S&M now and then? Well, if you’re feeling alone in your fetish, these characters in full S&M garb will make you feel right at home. These sculptures by Richard Ankron were at the Art Basel Miami and in a simple project statement, Ankron explains that the ‘objects are selected by their character, cleaned, masked, dipped or poured several times with synthetic rubber.’

He also goes on to say that the ‘contempt or effusive sentimental goods, that pander to nostalgic consumers led me to take these objects and disable them.’ And he did quite a good job at disabling them, don’t you think? Cinderella is dressed to the nines and ready to go, as well as Thumper and the leads of Gone with the Wind.

Even if you’re not a fan of S&M fetishes, you have to admit these are kind of amazing.
