How about a spaceship inspired jet capsule for the high seas?

Take a look at your future, sailors. This futuristic jet capsule has been created by Pierpaolo Lazzarini and is designed to fit up to four people at a time. Constructed with fiberglass and stainless steel, the concept behind this capsule was ‘to have a boat small enough to take people out for drinks and dinner at a whole different post’.

The capsule features a roof top lounge bed for sunbathing and has a totally customizable interior for the most luxurious water ride ever. It can also speed up to 25 knots (28ish miles/hr) if you’re in a hurry to see the sunset with your date.
