Sure, most apps come with one form of disclaimers or the other, but in the case of S.M.T.H. (Send Me To Heaven) — which involves throwing your phone as high as you can in the air and have the height registered and posted on a leader board — warning users that ‘throwing a smartphone high into the air may result in both damage to the smartphone, property and/or personal injury’ suddenly makes a whole lot of sense. Probably not a good idea to play it when you’re mad at your phone either.
