This library in Mexico doubles up as a playground

What kind of trickery is this? Niños Conarte from branding agency Anagrama created a vibrant playground out of a library Monterrey’s Fundidora Park with more space to play than you’ll find in most libraries, and we don’t mean hide and seek.

The bright geometric bookshelves — which resemble mountainscapes in a nod to the topography of Monterrey — are covered invitingly in carpet for kids to amp up and climb all over them, while thumbing through a book or two when they want to wind down. It’s amazing.
