Carnivorous caterpillars: terrifying larvae in Hawaii

These carnivorous caterpillars are some of the most terrifying little creatures around. Found in Hawaii, these ravenous larvae hang on the underside of leaves where unsuspecting prey can’t see them. As soon as bug comes in reach, the creepy caterpillar swings its long body around and grabs the prey with its terrifying claws. I’m just glad this larvae only comes in bug size, not human size.
