Pop-up restaurants are small, short-term, temporary restaurants that often ‘pop-up’ one day and disappear anywhere from the day after or weeks later. Some pop-up restaurants are famous for their food, their concept, or their location. One pop-up restaurant is quickly becoming famous for the prime location they acquired.

The Cube by Park Associati is a traveling pop-up sponsored by Electrolux kitchen appliances. They are located on top of the famous Parc du Cinquantenare in Brussels. Yes, you read that right, a restaurant on top of a historical monument. The sleek and modern design of the pop-up is an eye-catcher, especially when set against the classical and romantic architecture.

The interiors are also a sight to behold ā€“ white, white, minimalist walls and furniture juxtaposed against the dark, natural tones of the flooring. It also has a deck where you can really have a unique view.
