I first met Emil Jattne a few years back not long after he’d launched Brooklyn Gin, and being a gin drinker myself I decided to give his creation a try and since then I haven’t looked back, seriously. It really is the best gin on the market, they use fresh ingredients they make the gin in small batches, unlike the established players who use frozen ingredients to make astronomical quantities.
