Calling all novelists: The Paris Review is offering 3 weeks at NYC hotel for free

Writing a novel can be difficult (10 years and counting here) but thanks to The Paris Review and The Standard Hotel in NYC, one lucky (very, very lucky) writer will get the chance to write ‘til their heart’s content. The hotel and the mag are partnering up to offer three weeks of glorious, uninterrupted writing in this boutique hotel.

But there’s a catch (and a pretty big one): you need to have a book under contract to even think about applying. And you’ll need to submit a sample of your novel and a letter from your editor. And then maybe, maybe you’ll get picked. So for the 2% of readers who can actually make this a reality—what are you waiting for?
