Bouncy hotel room touring America: by Alex Schweder

I don’t know about you, but one of the first things I do in a new hotel room is to jump on the bed. I guess Alex Schweder likes doing that too because when he got around to designing a pop-up hotel for The Curtis, he made every surface inflatable for maximum bounce.

This tiny, elevated hotel room comes complete with a bouncy bed, bouncy sink, and bouncy toilet. I’m going to be honest here– I’d feel more then a little uncomfortable using an inflatable toilet while being suspended in a bubble several feet above the pavement. But I guess some people like that.

The tiny hotel will be popping up in different parking lots around America, so keep an eye out and let me know if you actually get to bounce in it.
