One million cockroaches escape from farm in Jiangsu

Recently, a mob of cockroaches swarmed away from their nursery in China when an “unknown perpetrator” broke in. The cockroaches were being kept in a nursery in Jiangsu, China for use in traditional Chinese medicine. Apparently, the number of escaped cockroaches was reported as being at least one million. That’s a lot of creepy crawlies to be just wondering around on the street! Thankfully, there was a massive roach extermination effort two days after the escape. Let’s hope most of the bugs were executed!
