M.C. Escher’s impossible staircase just became possible

Dutch artist M.C. Escher’s famous impossible stairs — which cross infinitely — has now been reconstructed in real life by architecture firm dRMM on the grounds of London’s Tate Modern as part of the London Design Festival. The art installation combines 15 wooden stairways and is perfectly designed to bewilder visitors.
