Intricate snow globe dioramas by Thomas Doyle

Snow globes may be cheesy mementos of the eighties, but there’s something about seeing a complete little world enclosed in a little bubble that elevates it beyond mere kitsch. Designed by Thomas Doyle, the little dioramas in this series are leagues beyond snow globes. But the sense of child-like wonder their intricate construction evokes is still there, made even stronger by the otherworldly concepts the artists are portraying.
