Cheetah Robot beats the world record speed set by Usain Bolt

It was only a matter of time; we all knew it’d happen at some point. Robots have not only surpassed us in the mental processing department, but now in the athletic department, too. Take, for instance, the “Cheetah Robot” created by Boston Dynamics

This robot took Usain Bolt’s 27.78 mph world record and beat with a stunning 28.3 mph. I just hope no one decides to make a killer robot military any times soon. That’s absolutely where I draw the line.
