Massive floating dome made from 450 broken umbrellas

A massive dome constructed from 450 discarded and trashed umbrellas off the streets of New York? Yes, according to its creators Amanda Schachter and Alexander Levi, the Harvest Dome structure is a “physical revelation of the city’s accumulated water-borne debris”. It is now on display at Harlem River, Inwood Hill Park, and stays afloat on water, thanks to a buoyant outer rim of 128 soda bottles.
