BUILD: modular furniture that tesselates

These five-sided units designed by Jack Godfrey Wood and Tom Ballhatchet for Movisi are lightweight and give the user freedom to control how their furniture looks, whether they are vertically stacked to make a side table with hidden storage space, mounted on the wall like a piece of art or made into a side partition between different rooms.

Because they are made of expanded polypropylene, they’re light enough not to strain the wall yet strong enough to sit on it. They’re available in black or white and are 100% recyclable. Score.
