Personalised billboards to get you home safely

We all know road safety is a massive issue wherever you come from, but what would make you really slow down and watch out for not only yourselves but others? The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) of Australia teamed up with the T20 Big Bash cricket teams to try and answer this question.

In a bid to raise awareness and really have an effect on all the people who use our roads everyday, customised billboard and radio messages were delivered and placed at particular points to allow their intended recipient to view or hear them. The campaign dubbed ‘Homesafely’ involved six billboards around Melbourne as well as Fox FM Radio. ‘A heartfelt message from you to your son, daughter, Mum, Dad, sister, best mate will really motivate them to get home safely to you’.
