High speed photography of water drops by León Dafónte Fernández

León Dafónte Fernández is an art photographer experimenting with high speed photography. What you see on this site are high resolution water drop pictures, captured with high speed flash. Image editing is used only to clean up the background, balance brightness and contrast. A D-SLR camera with a macro lens captures the images, and a short duration flash is used to freeze the droplets. All of these water drops were done by micro-controller with precise timing.
