Presented by Sterotank, and in collaboration with the Architectural League of New York and The Pen World Voices Festival, The Little Free Library is a temporary installation that allows passerbyers to read books as often as they please. The weatherproof library stands freely in the street while surrounding tables and chairs are avaliable for you to sit down and, well, read.

The aim of The Little Free Library is: ‘To promote worldwide literacy and the love of reading and exchanging books… and to build a sense of community’. Over 2,510 libraries are set to be built around the world. To order a Little Free Library for your neighbourhood or office space, visit their website.
