Street artist illegally creates useful urban installations

Thor ter Kulve is a street artist. But unlike some the young kids who make it a point to deface public areas with their art, Kulve uses his powers for good. He takes boring urban places and alters them just enough to make them interesting. He maximizes seemingly useless objects, such as light pulls, and turns them into fun swings with the use of a huge clamp and a little innovation. His installations are harmless to the environment and easy to take down. The perfect urban oasis.
